The doctors are committed to providing the best service we can for all our patients and are looking at innovative ways of meeting the high level of demand. Please find some new services below:
1. GP appointments available from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.
2. To save ringing at 8am, please download the NHS app and pre-book an appointment up to a month in advance with your GP.
3. If all the GP appointments are gone and your problem is urgent for the same day, we are introducing a new NHS online GP service to help you.
4. Please book with the First Contact Physiotherapist for any joint or muscle problems.
5. Please book with the Clinical Pharmacist or prescription clerk for any medication queries.
6. Please book with the Mental Health Practitioner or Counselling service (new at both sites) for mental health problems.
