To access proof of your Covid vaccine please visit this page on the NHS website.
They will send out letters to patients with their individual code and proof of vaccines it takes between 1 and 2 weeks for it to arrive through the post.
Relaxation of Restrictions July 2021
Following the relaxation of restrictions on 19th July Northwood and Alvechurch Medical Centers will be following the guidance of NHS England and continuing to follow Covid Safe Practice. All requests for Doctors appointments will be triaged first and face coverings will continue to be worn in order to protect our staff and vulnerable patients. The front door will be open for patients with a pre-booked appointment but all other queries should be dealt with on the telephone. Thank you for your cooperation.
