The Alzeimers Society will be running clinics within Northwood and Alvechurch Medical Centre’s on
Alvechurch Clinic Thursday January 11th, February 8th and March 8th
Northwood Clinics Thursday January 18th, February 15th and March 15th
Patients and carers are welcome to book into these appointments. You will be able to get help with completing claims forms for benefit you may be entitled to, referral to occupational therapy for help with aids around the home. You will also have access to carers groups for help and advice along with activity groups for both patients and carers
