Getting your test results
If your test results show any abnormality or require action, a clinician will usually contact you via text or telephone call.
Clinicians won't contact you for normal results or for results where no action is needed.
You can use the following methods to access your results once a clinician has reviewed them.
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- use our test results request form
- phone or visit us between after 2pm and we will tell you what the results are
We encourage patients to check their results and comments made by clinicians on the NHS App. If you don't have access to NHS App then we advise you call reception 2 weeks after your test if you need an update.
