Diane Moseley

Practice Manager: Diane joined the Practice in April 2010. She is responsible for the management of both surgeries. She is always happy to speak to patients about the level of service received and equally welcomes your views and suggestions. She support’s GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also help to develop extended services to enhance patient care The Practice manager’s role is diverse which includes reception duties, staff training and; development; dealing with complaints, devising and implementing practice policies and procedures, organising practice meeting, training sessions and courses.
